Industrial Dew Point Transmitter  – Overview

This dew point transmitter is used to monitor gas dryness and ensure system efficiency and safety. The standardised installation combines flexibility and efficiency, making maintenance easier and data more reliable. It has high accuracy and low error: ±2.5 dp°C accuracy, maintaining minimal deviation under varying dew point conditions. It has a wide measuring range: –80 … +20 dp°C dew point. This covers ultra-low humidity to standard industrial drying environments. The fast response time, t₉₀ < 20 s, allows it to react quickly to environmental changes. It has a high level of consistency as it is calibrated by the gas-mixing method and verified through cyclic testing (IEC 61298 & ISO 17025 procedures). It is durable and corrosion-resistant thanks to its aluminium alloy housing, SUS304 probe, and SUS316 sintered filter. Applications include compressed air systems, air separation equipment, freezers, adsorption machines, plastic dryers, industrial drying processing, paper, and chemical process monitoring.
