    Model 1000 series is a fatigue-rated low profile load cell with 300% safe overload, extremely low moment sensitivity of 0.1%/in and a higher fatigue life. It is one of our most popular devices and is used in all types of applications.

    With many variants and configurations our fatigue-rated load cells provide up to 100 million fully rendered cycles. The gaged sensors in every load cell are individually inspected and tested, and certified to meet our rigid standards.

    Options Available for 2nd, 3rd Bridge and Overload Protection.

    Models 1010, 1020, and 1032 are available.

    1600 Calibration LowProfile Load Cell - Overview

    Designed for calibrating other load cells, our Interface 1600 Gold Standard® LowProfile load cell provides both tension and compression in one unit. It has a 4% lower load limit per ASTM E74 and is a step above the 1100. Model 1600 provides both tension and compression in one unit. 2.22 kN to 900 kN.

    Options Available for 2nd, 3rd Bridge, and Overload Protection. Models 1610, 1620, 1632, and 1640 are available.

    Lightweight Wireless Tension Link - Overview

    The Wireless Tension Link is designed for lifting and weighing measurement and performance monitoring in rugged or harsh environments. It is manufactured from high-tensile aluminium to minimise weight. This tension link is ideal for mobile use, with brushed steel holes providing added wear protection from shackles and other applications. Suitable for use in under-hook crane weighing, cable tension monitoring, crane/hoist proof loading, water weights calibration, and warehouse despatch weighing. The wireless antenna is internally mounted, protecting it from accidental damage during use and handling. The WTSATL range also uses standard AAA alkaline batteries, which are readily available and low-cost. They are simple to install and have a high safety factor (5:1) to provide safe and accurate measurements during critical lifting operations. The WTSATL is supplied as standard without any additional wireless devices to enable greater flexibility with the configuration and ordering of the product. The WTSATL can be used with any of the WTS range of wireless instrumentation, whether this is for a simple display system using the WTS-BS-1-HS wireless portable display, or more complex systems using multiple load cells and multiple wireless devices.

    Load Button Load Cells - Overview

    The GLBM Series Load Button Load Cells are strain gauge based transducers with temperature compensation and excellent overall performance. This type provides a range of capacities up to 200kN with better than ±0.5% (full scale) non-linearity. Three tapped holes are provided on the underside for ease of mounting. Fully welded cover, amplified and digitised versions are available on request. The load button is provided with 4×28 AWG within a braided shielded cable (overall cable length 2m). 6-wire cable is available to order.

    Mini S-Beam Load Cell - Overview

    This Miniature S-Type Load Cell is a bi-directional Aluminum strain gauge-based transducer. This high-performance transducer has built-in temperature compensation. The design provides better than ±0.1% (full scale) non-linearity and includes overload protection in both compression and tension directions. The sensor is provided with a 2m long #32 AWG 4-conductor braided shielded cable with an outer jacket of 2.2 mm diameter with no connection between the shield and the sensor body. For additional protection, the cable is contained within a stainless steel spring for strain relief purposes for the first 25 mm.

    The S-type miniature load cell that offers capacities in a form factor 80% smaller and 50% lighter than other models of s-type load cells. It’s ideal for industry 4.0 applications. Suitable for all types of test and measurement applications in confined spaces and OEM use cases with smaller product dimensions. The miniature sensor is also environmentally sealed and insensitive to off axis loading. SuperSC comes in 12 capacities ranging from 25 to 1K lbf and 100 N to 5 kN. Six designs for international standards of measurement (metric) and six are imperial standards. They are environmentally sealed with an IP66 rating and offer high stiffness with low detection.
