    Blue Hydrogen Analyser - Overview

The Rapidox 7100 Blue Hydrogen Analyser is suitable for use in a laboratory or onsite to analyse the output of your hydrogen production process. Available as a benchtop version for the laboratory or in a 19″ rack mountable case which can be housed in a suitable enclosure for use in an external or hazardous area. It is highly configurable to suit individual H2 production requirements. Using a combination of Thermal Conductivity (TCD), Infrared (IR), Tuneable Laser Diode (TLD) and Electrochemical (EC) sensor technology, it offers accurate analysis that can be relied upon. The analyser measures the gas composition by providing % or ppm values for Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Oxygen (O2). It also has an optional upgrade to include a dewpoint sensor to measure the moisture content in the gas sample. It can also include a range of other sensors if your production methods have any other gases that require monitoring. Our firmware for the analyser will calculate and record the Gross Calorific Value (GCV) of the gas throughout the measurement.
