  • Combined Hardness Tester | T-UD2

    R27,048.00R50,850.00 ex vat

    Combined Hardness Tester - Overview

This optimal device for non-destructive testing of metal hardness combines the advantages of two methods: Ultrasonic Contact Impedance   (ASTM A1038) and Leeb (ASTM A956). This makes it possible to solve almost any task of operational hardness testing. The user can measure the hardness of large products with rough surfaces and small samples of complex shapes and thin walls. Functions for working with various materials and scales include doing hardness measurements, calibrating the device, setting up a display of values, saving the results of hardness measurements, synchronising the archive with your other devices and a PC, and transferring measurement results to your colleagues. This is available on your smartphone thanks to the special NOVOTEST app for Android. By using a Bluetooth connection, your smartphone turns into a new-generation hardness tester! The intuitive interface, documentation, internet access, touch screen, camera, microphone and GPS receiver of a smartphone turn your hardness tester into something unique and previously inaccessible.
