The most crucial part of getting good support is to select a supply chain which thrives on product reputation and does not focus on price. A common issue we find is when cheap imports focus on selling quantities and longevity of the product is therefore not incentivised.  With some of our product ranges offering a 3-year warranty we definitely don’t fall into this false economy. Price plays an important part in our decisions, but let’s ask if you are willing to deal with the consequences of inferior products. We like to ask ourselves if are we willing to risk our reputation on this product before we purchase anything.
