    The P048 is an economical pressure transmitter which uses a diffused silicon pressure sensor as a pressure sensing element. The millivolt signal of the sensor is transmitted through internal ASIC into a standard current signal. It can be directly connected to a computer interface card, control instruments, intelligent meters or PLC. Long-distance transmission can use the current output. It is small and lightweight with an all stainless steel sealing structure. It can be used in corrosive environments. The product is easy to install and has an extremely high vibration and shock resistance.

    Differential Pressure Transmitter  - Overview

    The new differential pressure transmitters, PF4 and PF5, use two different sensor technologies (PF4-thermal measuring method, PF5-diaphragm sensor). They consistently produce excellent measurement results thanks to an integrated ambient pressure sensor. Both sensors are equipped with automatic zero point compensation. In the PF4, this is carried out automatically every 5 ms in the sensor. In the PF5, automatic compensation is performed with the help of an internal valve and programming in the HW4 V3.9.0. Both instruments can be ordered with a HygroClip2 connection or a B4 connector for PT100. The colour display allows users to display up to 4 lines and a maximum of 3 measured values. All analogue outputs, inputs and alarm settings can be changed via the intuitive menu. Both device types can be integrated easily into any monitoring system because of the analogue and digital communication abilities. Suitable for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, food industry, pharmaceutical and clean room applications.

The built-in square root function is used for converting measurement into air velocity, and it provides flexible output options, making it an ideal choice for various differential pressure measurement applications. It has a high sensitivity at low differential pressure with low zero-point drift and a minimum measurable value as low as 1 Pa. It has a pressure resistance of up to 1 bar, and a differential pressure measurement range of ±50 ... ±1500 Pa.  There is also a DIP switch to adjust the range and square root function.
