Inline Air Flow Transmitter - Overview

This inline air flow sensor has multiple diameters to choose from and uses an air volume standard calibration system (sonic nozzle) for flow calibration. Suitable for use in pneumatic systems, compressed air systems, and industrial machinery, as well as various industrial and electronic component processing processes. In industrial automation, accurate measurement of airflow is essential. Users can improve resource utilisation whilst saving manufacturing costs if done correctly. Leakage can also be monitored which enables timely repairs and reduced personnel injuries and accident risks. Airflow can also be measured in pneumatic systems to ensure the stability of airflow in the system and ensure normal system operation.

Calorimetric Air Flow Meter Overview

This flow meter utilises the calorific measuring principle. Two measuring elements as well as a heat source are located on the measuring tip. The effect of the air flowing through the meter is that heat energy is absorbed and conducted away, resulting in a lower temperature. The resulting temperature change is an indication of flow. Vane Anemometer - Overview

Sturdy and compact for fantastic air speed measurement. For mobile or stationary use. The cost-saving variant (1468) transmits an active analog output signal. It does not require any auxiliary power and has robust aluminium blades. High resolution, low starting values, and a large temperature range of application are characteristics of the variants with inductive proximity switches acc. to NAMUR. Bidirectional flow measurements are made possible with unit (1468 S9) by two inductive sensors and a rotational direction indicator.
