Differential Pressure transmitters measure the difference between two pressures. They are largely used in domestic and industrial applications to determine level and flow.
Instantly monitors airflow and pressure changes. As it is equipped with a high-sensitivity hot-wire sensor, it enables accurate measurement under ultra-low differential pressure conditions. It has a built-in square root extraction algorithm, which can directly convert differential pressure to air velocity and air flow, greatly simplifying system integration. This is a reliable solution for comprehensive airflow monitoring. Applications include cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and process pressure control.
The PMD330 indoor differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure drop between two points. Ideal for use in the building management, hospital or pharmaceutical industry to make sure filters are in good working order. The ergonomic design allows for the unit to display options on a backlit LCD monitor. The units come with analogue or digital Modbus RTU communications options. Ranges can be defined by a dip switch and the device can be calibrated and adjusted with software. With options of a M12 Connector or wired through a cable gland.
This reliable panel measures differential pressure, humidity and temperature. It is designed specifically for clean rooms. It has removable humidity and temperature probes which make adjustments and cleaning easier. It is also fitted with a diaphragm sensor for differential pressure measurement, making this a top-quality device. It is FDA- and GAMP-compliant. Up to 6 measurement values and messages can be displayed via its graphical colour display. Alarms, such as faults, exceeded limit values, or warnings are highlighted on the CRP5 display, and can also be forwarded digitally. Digital communication can be done via Ethernet RJ45 and/or MODBUS TCP / RTU. Analogue input and output signals are freely configurable. The glass front panel is highly resistant to chemicals and can be operated using protective gloves. This well-thought-out design is suitable for use in laboratories and clean rooms.
The P064 digital differential pressure / pressure transmitter is a high-performance pressure transmitter incorporating advanced monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor technology. This product uses a diaphragm that has double overpressure protection and also has an internal circuit with anti-surge protection. It can accurately measure differential pressure, flow, vacuum, liquid level, and density.
The Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Transmitter is assembled using a piezoresistive silicon differential pressure sensor filled with oil. The shell is made of stainless steel and has strong corrosion resistance. The two pressure ports are threaded and can be mounted directly on the measuring pipe or connected through the pressure pipe. It has standard voltage/current output options, which can be easily installed and used. The products are widely used in the measurement and control of differential pressure, liquid level and flow in process control, aviation, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC, etc.
The new differential pressure transmitters, PF4 and PF5, use two different sensor technologies (PF4-thermal measuring method, PF5-diaphragm sensor). They consistently produce excellent measurement results thanks to an integrated ambient pressure sensor. Both sensors are equipped with automatic zero point compensation. In the PF4, this is carried out automatically every 5 ms in the sensor. In the PF5, automatic compensation is performed with the help of an internal valve and programming in the HW4 V3.9.0. Both instruments can be ordered with a HygroClip2 connection or a B4 connector for PT100. The colour display allows users to display up to 4 lines and a maximum of 3 measured values. All analogue outputs, inputs and alarm settings can be changed via the intuitive menu. Both device types can be integrated easily into any monitoring system because of the analogue and digital communication abilities. Suitable for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, food industry, pharmaceutical and clean room applications.

The Thermal Differential Pressure Transmitter is designed on the MEMS hot wire anemometer design. This combines with the integrated circuit to convert data into a differential pressure signal. It has very good zero point stability and small differential pressure detection capability. It also boasts a high-pressure resistance.
This differential pressure transmitter is designed according to the MEMS hot wire anemometer technology. This has very good zero point stability and small differential pressure detection capability, as well as high-pressure resistance. The transmitter, using the pressure difference, passes a very small amount of gas through the airflow channel of the sensor. Combined with the integrated circuit, it converts into a differential pressure signal.
These differential pressure probes are ideal for clean rooms, operating theatres and applications where even minor pressure differences can have a big effect. They are known for their high-precision measurement and long-term stability. Due to the two different measurement methods (thermal mass flow measurement and diaphragm measurement), they offer the perfect solution for every requirement. Together with other measurement parameters, these probes can be integrated with RMS (Rotronic Monitoring Systems) perfectly.
The Piezoresistive differential pressure sensor P063 measures the differential pressure of various gases and liquids in pipelines precisely. Suitable for use in petroleum plants, chemicals, power stations, hydrology, etc.
This compact and easy-to-install sensor is a hot-wire type differential pressure sensor designed for small differential pressures and low air velocities. The built-in square root function is used for converting measurement into air velocity, and it provides flexible output options, making it an ideal choice for various differential pressure measurement applications. It has a high sensitivity at low differential pressure with low zero-point drift and a minimum measurable value as low as 1 Pa. It has a pressure resistance of up to 1 bar, and a differential pressure measurement range of ±50 ... ±1500 Pa. There is also a DIP switch to adjust the range and square root function. Suitable for use in environmental monitoring (eg. clean rooms, HVAC) and differential pressure monitoring (eg. air ducts, filters, and airflow monitoring).
