  • Gas Mixing System Fusionflow MXM

Gas Mixing System | Fusionflow MXM

    Gas Mixing System - Overview

This gas blending system is flexible enough for a variety of applications. This highly customisable platform is capable of single recipe high-flow operations or complex low-flow R&D dilutions. Effortlessly create blends of up to 10 gas streams at total flow rates of up to 120,000 SLPM, which makes this robust enough for industrial applications. It produces consistent and accurate gas mixtures,  controlled exclusively by Alicat MFCs. Channels are match‑tuned to each other, providing variable flow mixes, outlet pressure control, and rapid responses to changing process conditions.

    Gas Mixing System  - Features

    • Accuracy up to ± 0.6% of the targeted mix percentage
    • Up to 25 ms control response for individual MFCs (T63)
    • Onboard library of 49 selectable gas calibrations (some corrosives & refrigerants available)
    • Blend pure gases and/or multi-constituent premixed gases (up to 10 elemental gases managed at once)
    • Embedded Systems computer with integrated outlet pressure sensing module
    • Hi-resolution touchscreen interface for live, interactive, multi‑variate data monitoring

  • Advanced Multigas Analyser Rapidox Multi 7100

Advanced Multigas Analyser | Rapidox Multi 7100

    Advanced Multigas Analyser - Overview

The Advanced Multigas Analyser is a sophisticated instrument for analysing, controlling, and monitoring process gases across various industries. It offers flexibility with multiple gas sensing configurations to meet specific application needs. The analyser is conveniently housed in a 482mm enclosure, making it easy to mount in a standard industry test equipment rack. It can measure up to seven gases simultaneously and employs a variety of high-precision gas sensors, each uniquely designed and calibrated to prevent cross-interference with the background process gas. Flashback arrestors are incorporated into the gas measuring circuit as necessary for safety. The analyser can measure gases such as CO2, CO, H2O, O2, C2H4, SO2, CH4, H2, and H2S, among others. Suitable for use in applications involving energy-containing gases like Biogas or Syngas. Results are both logged and displayed on-screen.
