Mass Flow Meters – Overview

Concurrently measure mass flow, gas pressure, volumetric flow, and gas temperature for 98+ gases from 0.01% to 100% of full scale. These quick and convenient stand-alone units can be used with or without a computer as all flow data is visible on one screen. It requires no warm-up so it is ready to measure in one second.
