Flange Thermal Mass Flow Meter – Overview

The Flange Thermal Mass Flow Meter is popular in industrial applications because of its design and build. It features no moving parts, a nearly unobstructed flow path, requires no temperature or pressure corrections and retains accuracy over a wide range of flow rates. Straight pipe runs can be reduced by using dual-plate flow conditioning elements. Installation is simple, with minimal pipe intrusions and it is easy to use. Suitable for use on all kinds of single or mixed gas flow measurements. It can measure gas with a flow velocity of 100Nm/s to 0.1Nm/s. It can be used for gas leak detection. It supports multiple communication methods including RS485 communication and MODBUS protocol. Applications include dry gas such as air, natural gas, LPG gas, and biogas.
