    Venturi Inline Air Flow Transmitter - Overview

    The Venturi technology provides a more stable and reliable solution for air flow measurement. The unique design ensures more accurate measurement data. It is suitable for use with general gases, vapours, polluted gases, or high-humidity gases. There are no moving or electronic parts inside the pipeline resulting in long-term stability. It uses shorter front and rear straight pipe sections compared to other standard throttling devices (approximately 2.5D in the front and 2D in the rear). It is also designed to minimise pressure loss in the pipeline, reducing fluid kinetic energy loss.

    This high-accuracy thermal-mass differential-pressure sensor includes K-factor correction. The real-time display and versatile outputs make this the ideal tool. It is compatible with multiple throttling devices such as Pitot Tubes, Averaging Flow Tubes, Annubar Tubes, Venturi Tubes, Orifice Plates and V-Cones. It is a hot-wire sensor with a turndown ratio of 100:1 . Its Outputs include 4 ... 20 mA, 0 ... 10 V, Relay, and RS-485. It is accurate at 60 m/s: ±(1.5% F.S.) and has an IP rating of IP65.
