Portable Appliance Welding Machine Tester – Overview

The PAT-96 is perfect for control measurements of welding machines and other electrical devices. It measures parameters impacting the safe use of the equipment such as resistance of protective conductors, insulation resistance, continuity of connections, leakage currents, power, RCD and PRCD. It tests welding equipment according to the EN 60974-4 standard. It also checks the rated voltage of welding equipment in no-load condition, the welding circuit leakage current and the primary leakage current. It is ideal for those areas where safety is of particular importance. Suitable wherever welders, power tools, three-phase appliances or domestic appliances need to be inspected.
