LAN Interface Data Logger - Overview

This data logger is the component between the humidity/temperature probe and the database in the Rotronic Monitoring System (RMS). It stores 44,000 pairs of measured values from the exchangeable HygroClip probe and transmits them to the RMS database via LAN. It is suitable for absolute data protection, even if the power supply and communications should temporarily break down.

Being equipped with the correct devices and software makes calibrating and adjusting probes on-site at your premises easy. Rotronic calibration devices are small, airtight chambers that fit any 5/12/15/25 mm probes (Rotronic standard 15/25mm). The lower part of the device consists of a screw-on lid. The humidity standard is poured onto an absorbent textile pad into the screw-on lid. The specified humidity is generated in the calibration device after a stabilisation period. High humidity values require a longer stabilisation period. The probe can then be calibrated or adjusted by comparison with the reference value of the humidity standard.
