SIL2 Capable Oxygen Analyser – Overview

Engineered for safety-critical environments across the chemical, pharmaceutical, and additive manufacturing sectors, this Process Oxygen Analyser delivers high-precision and uncompromising gas measurement. Its modular architecture pairs a compact control unit with a remote sensor, providing complete installation flexibility across demanding facility layouts. The installation is made even easier with the choice of three sensor mounting options: a flow-through base, TRI-Clamp or an ANSI 2” 150lbs flange. Its DIN rail-mounted control unit includes a galvanic barrier and remote electrochemical sensor with interconnecting cable (up to 30m), which provides a flexible, easily integrated package.
