    Benchtop Manifolds 350 Bar - Overview

    The Benchtop Manifolds 350 Bar is ideal for testing multiple pressure instruments at once of up to 5000 psi (350 bar) and includes Quick-test connections. Quick-test™ hose is unique because it can be attached and detached without a wrench or thread sealant while maintaining a working pressure of 6900 psi (475 bar). This means there is no requirement for sealing tape on the manifold with hand-tightened quick connections making it extremely easy to work with.

    Benchtop Manifolds 350 Bar - Features

    • Calibrate multiple pressure gauges, transmitters, or transducers at once
    • Vertically mounted ports are spaced far enough apart so larger gauges will fit easily
    • Quickly pressurise the system using a Ralston Quick-test hose
    • Switch between pressure connections on devices under test without a wrench
    • Compatible with all Ralston Quick-test NPT, BSP, Flare Gauge Adapters
    • Excellent for calibrating multiple pressure instruments in a thermal chamber
    • The second side connection can be used to daisy-chain multiple manifolds together

    The Digital Pressure Calibrator is a safe device designed to work on site. It is certified Intrinsically Safe for hazardous locations anywhere in the world. Pressure safety valve crack tests and seat tightness tests can be performed with precision while generating solid data to back up your observations. Single-button logging of both Devices Under Test (DUT) and Reference readings allow techs to get digital logging of test points and instant tolerance feedback. The Fieldlab Test Modes easily create Test Modes for the work that needs to be done and how you want your data returned.  Activate your custom Test Mode on your FieldLab to ensure repeatability and traceability. The Pressure Calibrator Display comes with all standard engineering units used to measure pressure or vacuum and can instantly swap units without searching through menus. For general purpose data logging, the instrument can monitor pressure over short or very long periods at customised intervals.
