  • Combined Hardness Tester T-UD3

    Combined Hardness Tester | T-UD3

    Combined Hardness Tester - Overview

The Combined Hardness Tester  T-UD3 combines Ultrasonic Contact Impedance, UCI, (ASTM A1038), and Leeb (ASTM A956) to measure hardness by an indirect method. This portable device is incredibly versatile. The ability to use both probes combines the advantages of both methods and provides users with the opportunity to use the most suitable for solving a specific task. The Combined Hardness Tester allows the user to measure the hardness of any metals, parts of any shape and thickness, measure the hardness of the surface hardened layers, and evaluate the tensile strength. Suitable for measuring any mass products with more than 1 mm thickness (small parts, thin-walled structures, pipes, tanks, steel sheets, articles of complex shape, hardness testing of metal coatings, etc.).

  • Digital Brinell Hardness Tester TB-B-C

Digital Brinell Hardness Tester | TB-B-C

    Digital Brinell Hardness Tester Overview

The Digital Brinell Hardness Tester TB-B-C implements direct resistance to indentation under the Brinell method of hardness testing in accordance with the ISO 6506-2 and ASTM E10 standards. The Brinell hardness tester uses the heavy testing force (large indentation), which allows the user to measure the hardness of various tempered steels, hardening and tempering steels, hardness of products from soft metals (pure aluminium, lead, tin) and others, and hardness of coarse-grain metal materials (casted parts, non-ferrous metals, and alloys).

    Digital Brinell Hardness Tester Features

    • Easy in operation
    • 10 test loads
    • Automatic controlling the force of the load
    • Easy to choose the hardness scale
