Economical Thermal Imager – Overview

The ECO and ECO-V are economical thermal imagers that have excellent infrared performance and are surprisingly affordable. They upscale thermal images from 96 × 96 (9,216 pixels) to 240 x 240 (57,600 pixels) resolution when viewing live. The 50° wide-angle lenses scan large areas to identify issues like air infiltration, water leaks, and insulation issues. These rugged imagers are IP54-rated. They pass strict drop tests of up to 2 meters and have a three-year warranty. They support capturing full-screen radiometric images and automatically track max/min/centre spots to pinpoint temperature anomalies at a glance. The wide temperature measurement capabilities accurately measure temperatures from -20°C  to 550°C, with a temperature accuracy of up to +/-2°C  or +/-2% of reading. They have 8 hours of continuous runtime. The laser pointers help show the position of the centre point on the actual object. They come with 7 colour palettes so you can choose the ideal colour scale for your job: White Hot, Black Hot, Rainbow, Ironbow, Redhot, Fusion and has an above colour alarm.

Additionally, the ECO-V is a dual-camera thermal imager with a built-in IR and visible camera. This allows you to switch between 3 image modes: Thermal, Visual, and Fusion. “Fusion” blends key details from a 0.3M Pixels visual camera to the IR image, adding extra detail and clarity. It also saves visual and thermal images simultaneously in one click.
